My role
Portfolio management and product ownership at DotGov Solutions: scope, architecture decisions, delivery planning and client communication.

A government-grade platform in production use, serving a national user base.
The problem
Citizens needed to start and track government applications from their phones, without visiting an office first.
My role
Product ownership: requirements, backlog and release planning.
What was built
- A reusable mobile framework for application forms, document upload and status tracking
- Connection to the back-office systems that process the applications
Outcome
A mobile entry point that reduced office visits and gave citizens visible application status.
The problem
Public agencies needed a secure way to collect fees for online services and reconcile them.
My role
Product ownership and solution architecture for the payment component.
What was built
- Payment gateway reused across the e-government ecosystem

Outcome
A shared payments layer that new services could adopt instead of building their own.
The problem
Permit issuance involved several agencies and manual hand-offs, which made timelines hard to predict.

A transparent permit process with trackable steps from submission to issuance.
